Callista Hoffman-Campbell
An accomplished soloist and choral singer, this year will mark Callista Hoffman-Campbell’s eleventh season as a member of the Los Angeles Master Chorale. She has most recently been touring as a member of their production of Orlando di Lasso’s Lagrime di San Pietro, directed by Peter Sellars. Solo work includes Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Handel’s Messiah, Bach’s Mass in B Minor and St. Matthew Passion with the Los Angeles Master Chorale, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 with the South Bend Symphony Orchestra. She has been a featured artist with the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, singing as the alto soloist in the Mozart Requiem under the baton of Maestro Helmuth Rilling, and with the Fresno Philharmonic, singing the same work. She can be heard on such films as Creed, Jumanji, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and others.
